She’s apparently trashing her glitzy lifestyle since being with Adam Horowitz.

American Express usually wants celebrities running around with their cards, but I wonder if this is a special case where AMEX denied Courtney a Black Card for being a Celebrity, I mean crazy. She seems a little salty about the card, doesn’t she?
